plight of the sweet and lovely Rosita! This summer really heats up as Imaginary Beasts proudly
brings the high-spirited and free-wheeling world of Federico Garcia Lorca's folk-plays to vivid life.
Using an imaginative blend of live action, masked performance and puppetry-arts, our farce tells the Punch-and-Judy-like story of how one little lovelorn lass is forced to become the unwilling bride of the insatiable and ridiculous Don Cristóbal, Master of the Billy-Club!
Filled with the rhythm, the magic and the subversive spirit of Andalusia's traditional puppet-theatre, our production will be a celebration of Lorca's legacy that you won't want to miss.
